Adding a Full Width Slider

  1. Be sure to set the Use Page or Section Title to None under the Title & Content tab before building your slider or it will show in your slider.
  2. Select the Additional Options tab.
  3. Select Yes to add additional options.
  4. Select the Add a Carousel or Full Width Slider checkbox.
  5. Select Yes to Use a Carousel or Full Width Slider.
  6. Select Full Width to Full Width or Centered Column.
  7. Select whether to use navigational arrows. The arrows will be centered horizontally and vertically on the left and right of the slider.
    1. If using navigational arrows, you can select the color and hover color of the arrows. Color transparency available.
  8. Select whether to use navigation dots. The dots will be at the bottom of the slider.
    1. If using navigational dots, you can select the color of the active dot. Color transparency available. The non-active dot will be black.
  9. Select whether to add an overlay to full width slider.
    1. Select the color of the overlay. Transparency colors available.
  10. Set the slider max height. The default is 575px.
  11. You will need to add at least 2 images for the full width slider to actually move.
    1. Give the slider item a name. This will be the main title in the slider.
    2. Select what heading element to give the slider title. H1, H2 and H3 options are available.
    3. Select the color of the title. Transparency colors available.
    4. Type in the content to use for the the slider content. This displays under the title.
    5. Upload the image to use as the slider image. Minimum width should be 2000px.
    6. Type in an ALT tag for the slider image.
    7. Select whether to add a button for the slider image.
      1. If a button is shown, select a color for the button background. Transparency colors available.
      2. If a button is shown, select a color for the button text. Transparency colors available.
      3. If a button is shown, type in the button text.
      4. If a button is shown, select whether the button links to an internal or external site.
      5. If a button is shown, select an internal page or type in the full URL of the external site. Depending on the previous option selected.

The Full Width slider builder does not have a “Content after Layout” option as many other of the layouts do. To add content after your slider, simply add another section to your page. (As done in this example).
